I'm completely annoyed with platform housing ever since they have taken over seven locks housing 4 months into 2025 I've had 3 appointments for gas and electricals and now forced a appointment on me one I can't even do as I work 40hrs a week at this case platform housing might as well move in with me

I'm giving 3 stars purely for the workmanship and attitude some of the repair team demonstrate. Platform have some genuine, hard-working staff in their repairs team, who take pride in their work and do their best with the time and resources they have. Due to being an over-stretched department, Platform have sub-contractors to relieve the strain on the repairs team. Today, I visited her and was heartbroken to see how ill she looks due to the stress from the disruptive neighbors downstairs. They play loud music, host parties with arguing, and engage in dangerous behavior. Despite numerous complaints from her and other neighbors, no action has been taken. This situation is unacceptable, especially for someone in her condition. I urge you to address this issue urgently.
