big joke leaves 2 old people and 3 disabled people with no power for more then 4 days and still waiting they dont care and they dont know what they doing still no power over 3 weeks now they come to do the work said they was going to get tools from the van then want and did not come back
It has took 6 months to get my ceiling repaired after a flood from neighbour above me. Its finally been plastered today but i still have to wait for new light to be fitted ( no date given) and then ceiling painted . My big gripe today is why the workmen do not tidy after themselves. They put sheets on the floor but when they left they just shook it as they folded it up. I have white plaster dust everywhere abd the kitchen floor is a disgusting mess.

I'm completely annoyed with platform housing ever since they have taken over seven locks housing 4 months into 2025 I've had 3 appointments for gas and electricals and now forced a appointment on me one I can't even do as I work 40hrs a week at this case platform housing might as well move in with me
Yes very bad service they never get back to you and sort anything out
