State of the flats are not great, including a massive flood which caused damage to communal areas over 3 floors. Window sills in flat leak when it rains heavily. White goods are poorly maintained, and have broken down (3 within the same year: hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher). Elevator has also broken down, with the auto-dialler not working (see photo), and a resident was trapped in it without being able to call for help (no cell reception). I would like to say that the apartment I stayed in was absolutely wonderful
Fantastic location, good amenities (the gym is well equipped and always clean), and exceptional service from our resident manager Phoebe, who is always a pleasure to interact with and keen to help with any queries.
I have lived here for a few years now and very happy with it. Superb city centre location, excellent building services manager Phoebe who is always available to help, well finished apartments with modern appliances, residents gym on site, and secure parking.
We've lived at Platform for about two years now. Every issue we've had has been addressed by our fantastic concierge Phoebe! The company themselves are very hands off, we've not heard off them since moving in. But everything is usually sorted by on-site staff. Phoebe is available in person and via WhatsApp, she's always happy to have a chat over a cuppa. Location is super central with shops less than a 5 minute walk.
