I am a resident of this apartment . I would like to share some real information. The fitness room of this building is on the 13th floor. I live on the lower floor of the 13th floor. I am often disturbed by loud noises upstairs. People They often drop the dumbbells on the ground with a loud noise. I have been here for four months and the situation has not improved at all. Had a viewing here and the member of staff, Polly was really helpful in answering any questions swiftly, was patient and ultimately the reason why I decided that they seem like decent landlords and took them up. Only issue is that I think it's a little pricey for what you get but given they're brand new, very likely they'll adjust to market rates in time.
