If you're considering rhinoplasty, DO NOT GET IT DONE HERE. They do whatever is "convenient" for them, and their work is terrible. The only good thing about it is the conversation. I had a rhinoplasty that turned out to be medical negligence, which they disguised as fibrosis, and it cost me $95,000 pesos. So, if you're going to have surgery, this is NOT the place... I want to thank Dr. Nieto and his staff for an amazing experience. I truly never thought I would get the body I’ve always wanted. For starters, walking into the office the day before my surgery to do my pre-op appointment, I was extremely nervous, but I was welcomed by his amazing staff, and I was already communicating with Karla, so finally meeting her, I already felt comfortable. UPPER BLEPHAROPLASTY- Edit Feb 2026: I saw the doctor to remove a cyst when i went down again vacationing in Puerto Morelos. He also followed up on my blepharoplasty at the same time he measured and suggested we take a little more skin from the eyelids. He told me he would do.it for free. Of course I accepted.
