Staff is very nice! If you are afraid of needles, just let them know.. they try to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The process is pretty quick (usually under an hour) after your 1st time.. be prepared to be there a while longer for your 1st visit. For me, it was worth it solely for the first 5 visits- you get $60 for the first 5! Not sure if I will hurry back now, but who knows.
