RecommendedI would recommend to another person, however, 2-3 times they done temp check, and say to high, and get rejected from donation. however, the staff seem unaware that outside temperature can increase a person body heat and raise there temperature. and three minutes won't bring temperature down fast enough, along with have a/c off as well.

Been coming here for a few years... today I had Rachael (training monitor) who was clearly impatient ... made the girl stick me before the iodine was dry..the lady sticking me said she didn’t want it to burn me..Rachael ...said she didn’t care... looked me dead in my face and said like 3 times she didn’t care... Been coming here for over a year. The staff is always professional and nice as can be. Tai, Sarah, Amanda, Piper, Rachel, and Miss Kathy are always attentive. Would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to donate!
Bullies work here and should never be allowed to touch anyone much less a patient, I watched another employee purposely trip a trainee. And laughed in her face. I can’t believe the audacity of someone to call themself a professional. I’ll never return there!
stop letting you older employees who train people be physically abusive to your new employees. if someone abused me in front of customers I would of knocked her teeth out.
