We moved my mother in law here from another home due to some issues we were having. From the start, management were very forthcoming and welcoming. They laid out our options and even let us come to look around at different times. Stefan, in particular made us feel very at ease. I have just had the good fortune to secure a place for my sister at Plas Gwyn. The help that i had from the manager from the first contact to her moving in was outstanding . My sister was in a care home in Essex, two members of the care team and manager collected her as i was not able to make the journey .Upon arriving at Plas Gwyn she was made very welcome having already become familiar with the team.
