Rachel was creative and really listened… Rachel was creative and really listened to our asks (even though we kept changing our minds!). The end design was one we were all happy with and not something I could have achieved even though I consider myself a pretty good gardener! I contacted Rachel for help with planning my garden. I knew what I wanted but lacked the vision to plan it out. I spoke with Rachel via email and telephone; she took the time to listen to me and understand what was important in my design. The process was easy, and Rachel developed some great initial concepts. I had an initial consultation with Rachel, which was fantastic and inspiring. Based on our discussion I went ahead and commissioned Rachel to do a full garden design for us. I could not be happier with the result. What Rachel has created for us is truly wonderful. Great cost-effective consulting! It was great to have found Rachel - having a very small garden the details do matter and having an expert looking into it for a small budget was a game changer. Having been close to the end of summer, we ended up undergoing half of the plan proposed by Rachel, and it already looks much better. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly service I highly recommend Rachel at Plant Plots for any garden design needs. She took time to understand what I wanted as well as offering insightful suggestions. She was then able to interpret and create a vision for the garden with planting recommendations.
