Dr Paul Bates is always very kind and compassionate. He takes his time to listen. He’s professional and has been treating my whole family for 30+ years.

Dr. Bates is focused on you completely when you’re in his room. He chats with you and genuinely cares about the different aspects of your life in order to make a complete diagnosis. The best doctor I’ve had.
Good care from doctor and staff during visit. I had to call for test results when I believe that should be provided ASAP otherwise perfect.

Dr. Bates is my family PCP and was referred to me by my OBGYN. He is an awesome doctor and I have absolutely no complaints. The office staff is also very polite, helpful and informative.
l called one hour before my appointment just to confirm because the staff did not call me to confirm my appointment, this was going to be my first visit . The front desk inform me in a rude manner that she had to reschedule me because the doctor had back surgery two weeks ago. When I asked why they did not call me before today , they said they had the wrong number for me. They hung up the phone on my face . I called back and complained to the office manager , she told me I to find another provid
I have known this doctor for over 30 years. He is a down to earth, caring physician. Tells you like it is, but as if you are a good friend, he genuinely cares about his patients health. Very big on preventative care. Would not dream of going any where else.
Dr. Bates was recommended to me 3-4 years ago by a friend after my primary doc went M-I-A. He's a great listener & takes his time with you. I couldn't be happier w/Dr. Bates & his staff. If he feels you need to see a specialist, he'll recommend one. My daughter & a couple co-workers go to him now. It boggles my mind when I see so many good reviews & the next person gives a bad one; makes me wonder what kind of experience they had. Anyway, in my opinion, he's a great doctor!
