Dr. Bates is my Primary Care Physician. I like that he blocks out time daily, to see sick patients that were not scheduled for an appointment. He is personable and knowledgeable.

What can I say about Dr Bates... I think he invented incredible bedside manor. I have had a few primary physicians over the years some not so good and some real good but never have I had a doctor as excellent as Dr Bates. His bedside manor is great, he genuinely cares, his excellent knowledge of medicine and his staff are truly wonderful. As long as Dr Bates is practicing medicine... I will never go to another doctor...

Dr. Bates has been my whole family’s doctor for years and years. He’s always very personable and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He has a great bedside manner and takes his time with our appointments. The office staff and nurses are also always personable and friendly.

I've trusted my Health care with Dr. Bates for 25 plus years. Outstanding physician, very easy to talk to. Takes the time to get to know his patients and takes the time to discuss any health concerns. Office staff is great and seems to run seamlessly. Making appointments is easy and always seen close to appointment times. Dr. Bates nurse Maggie is awesome too.
Really seems to care for his patients. Takes his time to listen.
