His staff are the kindest and friendliest bunch! I’ve been seeing Dr Bates with my children for at least 30 years. All of my specialty drs come recommended by Dr Bates.
The staff was incredible. From the receptionist to my primary doctor, they took care of me in a very warm, yet professional manner.
Dr Bates is the kind of doctor that listens when you tell him about your health. He takes his time with patients. He's intelligent, experienced and kind. Hard to find a doctor like this. I have seen this wonderful Dr for 25 years and definitely recommend him.
The minute Doctor Bates saw me he knew what was wrong with me. Took his time and did not rush and explained everything .I was very happy and he will be my doctor going forward
