Going back 5 years to now and it seems the service has improved a lot. I think the website still lets them down a bit. When buying a frame it would be better to have all the vitals in a list but instead you're reading paragraphs for information to find out even basic info. 142 or 148, seat post size, bb type, reach, weight etc The other issue is there is no phone number to call them? Booking online to talk to someone or deal with live chat. Very poor.

Bought a Scandal 29er, I use the bike probably more than most people do but nothing too heavy, I ride every other day to try keep fit (over past couple of years). I've had a few small issues which have all been covered by the SRAM & Planet X warranty team very quickly, I was so suprised and the response has been so fast, it's like night and day compared to my prev bike shop in Wakefield. Best costumer service I've ever had. Purchased a new carbon bike 2 years ago and recently damaged my forks. Contacted their team and they were super helpful when dealing with my request. I sent the bike to them and within a week they sent it back fixed. Ben from Planet X was very helpful and helped me understand what the problem was.

Oder turned as a expected and on time. The shorts fit a treat however, be careful of sharp edges. I caught the inside of my left leg against the brake holder thing on the top tube. It had a sharp edge of some sort and caught the material and snagged it. Need to do a minor darning job.
