Came in from Fort Worth to purchase a MKC and the service was beyond exceptional!! This is my first car purchase as an adult and Joseph was so personable and every single person along the way made the experience stress free and fun. Finance has this next level system where you sign everything on a screen on the table. Would definitely purchase from them again for a future lincoln!
I had no idea the level of customer service that Lincoln offers. Also the quality of their vehicles is incredible. It's not just a more expensive Ford. They are on a whole different level of luxury. This MKT is the fourth Lincoln I've owned. Two Town Cars and one MKS. Aside the luxury of the vehicles I have been very pleased with post sale professionalism. The contact by sales personnel, service of vehicle and resale vslue.

Enrique was outstanding as a salesman. As a salesman myself I don't like throwing a high pressure sale. We were only stopping to get ideas and look at sticker, avoiding salesman. But Enrique happend to ask us if I had a question and I did at the time. Long story short I told him I wanted to fill out and app but call me with the deal. He said no problem and we separated.
