Thank you Jessica Pittman for making sure everything on our new MKC was right! We made our selection and took care of everything online, which saves so much time - no "wheeling/dealing" techniques. The dealership had some issues with the car we selected, and switched our vehicle to one exactly like the one we'd chosen with a few more upgrades at their expense. It was our first time to deal with them, but probably not the last!

I will never deal with this company again. I have had lincoln vehicles since 2008 , 4 vehicles. This company is greedy and their service department is terrible 1 1/2 to get oil change. They only have 1service person when you arrive. When they moved across the street they didnt care about their customers its all about their profit. Also they have employees write view on fb.
