George Adams was great to work with and has wonderful customer service skills.
The director of client experience must of had better things to do than show me a car in his lot. He told me the car that i found online and could see from the front door was already gone.
Salesman Allen B. was very helpful and understanding. Almost had the deal until the sorry piece of shit financial manager eddie came to the room. Dude didn't know what the hell he was talking about and rude. Y'all need to talk to him.

The SERVICE department NEVER returns calls. I have been in 13 yes 13 times to get my car fixed! Just found out that the code to open the doors to my MKX that was given to me won't open the doors!
