I do not recommend the service department here. I purchased a Black Label MKZ and was having my we 20,000 mile service done and few other items. First off if you expect them to call you or return your call don't hold your breath. They will call when it is (almost) done and that is it. My car was there from a Saturday and was just dropped off today (Friday). Six days for regular maintenance, to fix the review mirror, find out why the leather in my car was stained and to look at my trunk closing and do the state inspection. Du... read more

Seth Opperman was an awesome salesman. Because of my busy schedule, he allowed me to communicate and make the purchase with him through text messages and emails. He was going to even deliver my car (an hour away) and pick up my trade, but I decided to pick up my new car from the dealership. I went in to pick up my car and only spent an hour (honestly it was a little less than that) at the dealership. Took F250 in for warranty repairs( Check engine light and passenger mirror.) Ms. Brown said mirror assembly not warrantied and it was going to cost $1900. I called ford warranty and had to start a claim. I had to force her to call to get approval. She then said that the service mechanic could not help with diagnosis because he was out having a baby. We brought our car in for a tire that kept going low and was told by another repair place that I would need a new wheel. You fixed it for $15!! Great work and customer service! Alvin was our service contact. And was so nice and provided great Customer service!
