Great service - followed through with what they told my husband they would do without trying to pressure me into other repairs as another local dealership did recently! They have a very welcoming waiting area and their personnel are very respectful and helpful. Rick helped me and was very kind and as I said, did exactly what he told my husband he would do no more - no less. Punctual! And, my car had been washed and was sparkling.

We found a vehicle we loved online and worked a few days on negotiating a price and eventually financing. Our sales agent Leo was patient, sent me photos, hunted for headphones, remotes, etc when I asked. We drove from Corpus Christi and when we arrived our vehicle was ready in their showroom bay. Luxury lobby, great service! Don't mind waiting. 5 Star
New to Planet Lincoln but we are extremely pleased with the sales department and our sales guy Leo. They didn’t have a Red Lincoln Continental Reserve so they found us one in Arkansas.
Poor customer service, total lack of follow through. Ruined the paint on my Navigator. Not what you would expect from a Lincoln dealership.
