If you expect to be treated well by the service department when trying to anything non-routine done, don't buy a car here. You won't get a call back, you won't get any info on what's going on, you will have to repeatedly call and get blown off. We've had a request to get a call back by a manager for almost a week now... we just keep getting told that they'll "write themselves a sticky note to be sure to call you tomorrow". I just drove home with my new Santa Fe--all the people we worked with were wonderful, especially Dean. I got the car I wanted, and the price was explained clearly--the no haggle pricing is so helpful--competitive, and stress free.
