Financed a vehicle and they called two weeks later telling us our financing didn't go through. Very odd. We financed somewhere else no problem. They gave no explanation and no options. Good experience up front and big disappointment later. Will never purchase a vehicle here again. Just another crappy dealership.
This was a totally pleasant car buying experience. John Distel was awesome. I had narrowed my research to five vehicles. After looking at the cars the Hyundai Santa Fe stood out. Because I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime I decided to spoil myself this time with all the fancy bells and whistles. I brought my Elantra in for its second problem with the transmission, or at least it's not shifting correctly (I'm not the mechanic). It was obviously not shifting correctly, but because no little lights went off when they plugged it in, they wouldn't fix it. Now I'm over 100,000; so of course, I'm out of warranty. Way to go! You made me wait just long enough. Now my car barely shifts to and from second. Makes it pretty hard to drive without second gear. At least you were nice about telling me you wouldn't help.
