I went to have my car serviced and Scott meet me at my car as I drove up. He has a great sense of humor. It was welcoming to see someone who loves what he dose it shows. When I was waiting to use the ladies room with the attended who rush kindly. This was the onky thing i felt that could be addressed.While I was waiting there must have been 5 sales persons who walked by me and not a hello or a smile. It was very unsettling. I went to many places to view a Hyundai Azera and NONE of the other dealerships offered a cleaner vehicle than these guys. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from Jonathan Horn at Planet Hyundai last week. Jonathan and the staff were able to get me what I needed for my trade and we're able to do all my paperwork before I picked the car up at the dealership. Planet Hyundai is always wonderful! Been with them 10years now and not one complaint! Service dept. and all services advisors are great! Kenmaura Hughes spent a lot of time with me and did such a great job getting me approved and finding me the right car as well finance manager Kevin Walsh who also spent a lot of time who helped find the best rate with right finance company and also worked hard to find services to add without raising my payment too much!
