This was the first time I actually enjoyed buying a car. I worked with Isaac. Isaac made my car shopping experience wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. I would defiantly be a returning customer.

I had to make two different appointments just to be seen. First appointment turned away because they didn’t have time for the day, even though I had an appointment. Told it should be all about 2 hours for the service to be done so I went ahead and made another appointment. I drop my vehicle off and after checking in after 3.5 hours told it would be another hour+. When complaining I get a shrugged shoulder! Worst service I’ve had when it comes to servicing a vehicle.

Thank you for this feedback, Alejandra. First off - we clearly let you down, and I apologize. Currently, we are hiring additional technicians to keep up with Denver's growth rate. As a result, we are requiring appointments for even basic services. Not sure how the first appointment turned out that way. I sit in on lots of service scheduling and we try to ensure the vehicle can get worked on right at drop off. Issac was an awesome sales associate to work with! He was very knowledgeable about multiple aspects on the car and protection plans. Very personable and fun to hang out with while going through the whole process. I truly appreciate that he took the time to go over every option possible with multiple cars that I was interested in. I’m very happy with the car I’ve purchased and will definitely recommend Issac and the Hyundai dealership.
