4 Stars – Honest and Fair Service I recently put down a non-refundable deposit on a vehicle at Planet Cars Limited in Coventry. During the inspection, I noticed an issue with the air conditioning system and raised my concerns with the dealer. To my surprise and appreciation, even though the deposit was clearly marked as non-refundable, the dealer chose to return it without any hassle. The most unprofessional person I have spoken to, I saw a DS3 on auto trader for sale contacted arranged to go down and view. I saw the car park up I had a good look around it but unfortunately the advert described the car as an "excellent car" and to the eye it was not. Very poor quality car you can clearly see it had a bump and the overall quality of the repair was poor too no mention of this on the advert. I did not see anyone in the office and left.
