Very disappointing experience. I purchased a bench from this store, paid in full, and never received the item. The sellers took the money and did not ship the product. There is no contact with them at all — they do not reply to emails and have shut down their Etsy shop. This feels like a scam. I honestly cannot believe anyone could leave a positive review for this seller. I strongly advise others to stay away.
Ordered on 11th nov 2025 and got an email to say they had gone in to liquidation and i wont be getting my shelves or a refund. Etsy dont want to help neither does my jaja credit card who i used to pay!! There website still up and running?
Inferior quality product, scaffold board brackets were advertised as black but more a dull grey colour with unfinished edges, very rough and sharp bare metal .No communication , seller does not answer emails or phone calls.
Be very careful when ordering from this company. We ordered a set of shelves from them on the 26th August and they are still get to arrive. The email chain has gone cold from the company, and there’s been no explanation of why. Still no product whilst money has been taken.
