I’ve been to Jack twice now with various problems and he’s always sorted me out fast and I highly recommend him!
The help I have received from the team at this practice has been amazing. They have helped me out with back and neck problems and got me out of serious pain several times now. I feel like the aftercare is as good as the treatment I have received. Being empowered to look after my own well being with sound advice and exercises to do at home to further improve my condition. Can't thank them enough.
Jack’s treatment has been superb. I came to him as a broken man, with a crippling injury preventing me from working, even walking. He is friendly, put me at ease, filled me with confidence for recovery and clearly (unlike practitioners I’ve seen the past) wasn’t just re-booking for cash gain. I cannot recommend him enough! A year on and I’m now training for a half marathon. Can’t thank you enough! ✌️
We took our Son to have his walking reviewed and Jack was very thorough and friendly. He gave us helpful advice and was very reassuring. We've seen some great improvements since our sessions and would highly recommend Plains Physiotherapy to anyone.
