I am absolutely delighted with the bathroom re-fit which included installing a water softener and hot water cylinder. Ricky and Jamie were brilliant during the works keeping me informed throughout the process and always quick to respond to additional queries. They take real pride in their work and the finish level is to an extremely high standard. Totally professional and I would not hesitate to recommend PJR to anyone considering a refurbishment project - they are on trend and just get it right!

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. They advertise as no call out charge, they then phoned me back and said £150.00 call out charge, I called another plumber and it was done for £75.00.

Ricky and team installed 11 new radiators and pipework for us plus moved and replaced a hot water cylinder. The work was done to an excellent standard. What sets Ricky apart from others is his communication skills. Transparent, open and discussions made you feel like a peer rather than someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Would absolutely recommend Ricky and team

I initially contacted Ricky to replace a mixer shower in a house we moved into and then ended up with a continuation of works to replace the full heating system , power flush and replacement radiators. Super professional , pragmatic advice and options to ensure we got the best results and value for money. Aftercare was outstanding , really responsive and proactive follow up which I think is often telling when you’ve paid. Will definitely use again for general service work and when we move again…highly recommend.
