Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over 6 hours for recovery, and during that time, the company changed the estimated arrival time multiple times without explanation. Every time I called for an update, the ETA just got pushed back further and further. Being stranded for this long is completely unacceptable, and the lack of clear communication made it even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone who actually needs help in an emergency—zero reliability and zero respect for customers’ time

PJ Kerley handled the recovery of my daughter’s car after a breakdown, and I can honestly say the entire process was a mess from start to finish. I was told the car would be taken to their Norwich location because it had mechanics on-site — the only reason I agreed. Instead, it was taken to East Harling, a site that’s rarely open and far harder to access.
