Customer service absolutely shocking after admitting order was wrong on their part to start with then tried to blame me and I know what I ordered then to rectify their mistake wanted to charge me for delivery. Would recommend ordering over the phone or better still order from somewhere else! Absolute joke

Ordered from here a few times now, each time was progressively worse. Gave it one final bash and I should’ve gone and flushed £15 down the bog. The chicken looked more like something you see flying round the local town centre on a Saturday afternoon, the lettuce was as brown as Jesus’ sandals and the hash brown should’ve been renamed hash black. Ordered via website for a delivery , to find out after two hours that they don’t deliver to my postcode ( website says they do ) To make it even better I had to wait ages to get refund for it ( called them twice in the two weeks period ) and finally had to ask my bank to get my money back
