Best vet practice ever! The vets, the vet techs, the vet assistants, the office staff - they are all amazing, they TRULY care for your beloved fur family members and are always amazing to work with! Could not ask for a better team to rely on whenever my babies need their annual check ups, or any questions I come up with when they get themselves into something they shouldn't have. :)
Had ayvea , my kitten in for her 1st visit with you all , and after my other 2 visits with a diff vet clinic , I’m ever so thankful for the care you not only gave my ayvea , but the ease you gave me knowing she will be in safe and caring hands at ur place for all her medical needs
Today I took my new extremely anxious pup to Pitts for his initial wellness exam. The vet went above and beyond to assure him a successful first visit by taking her time with him. (To the point of taking the top off his travel crate...... removing all 20 wingnuts because he was so unsure about coming out.) Thank you, Pitts & Dr Hiebner.

The staff here are fantastic and always take the very best care of our fur babies! They managed to squeeze us in this morning for a minor pet emergency and got our issues/concerns handled quickly and positively. I highly recommend going here for all your pet needs. 🥰
Our Boxer, Ruty had her first appointment with Dr. Merkwon this week. From the minute we walked in the door the experience was fantastic. The office staff were welcoming and understanding that Ruty might be a little nervous. Dr. Merkwon is friendly and kind but more importantly was very knowledgeable and thorough when he examined our dog. He explained the aging process for Ruty (she's 12), the results of the test, made sure we understood the reason for the medication and how to administer it properly.
