I applied for Scratch Pay because Cairo was having a fever and he was limping and they got him on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory after finding nothing fractured on his leg. 10/10 with the receptionists and doctors! I got my cat from The Cat House and was referred to Pitts by them!
A place that is supposed to specialize in fearful pets, just yanked my extremely nervous dog from the car, then when they retuned her, called her a very naughty dog. Not impressed and we will definitely never be back.
I have been taking my dogs to Pitts since 1988. The employees have always been caring and giving great care to each dog.
very caring staff . had to bring in a lady and her dog this morning and they were super kind.
The veterinarians at Pitts Veterinary Hospital never disappoint. They take their time when I bring my dog in. They listen to my every concern. They ask good questions. Ultimately they are kind to my dog even when they have do things that she might not enjoy. They follow up with a call when something serious is going on with my pet. Double bonus is that they have very accommodating hours for their clients. I highly recommend Pitts Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a good wrap around clinic.
great work with behavioral cats. got medicine figured out and I was able to keep her !! my big animal vet said it would never work and I was ready to give her up with her terrible behavior. Pitts listens and she is now a beautiful animal and we've had many years together

I’ve been bringing my animals here for five years, and I have to say, this WAS the best vet in Lincoln, but I’m afraid they’ve gone substantially downhill since Dr. Pitts left. The last 3 times I have visited, they have had no respect for my time, or for the stress on my pets that’s added by sitting in a cramped carrier. Every time I roll up with an animal in a carrier, we sit and wait in the car for 15-35 minutes before being seen, which adds a lot of stress to the animal for that visit. It’s also highly disrespectful of MY... read more

We understand that everyone's time is important and we work hard everyday to serve the needs of our clients and patients. This is why I immediately came out to your vehicle yesterday as soon as I saw your facebook post regarding your wait time, as you were still in our parking lot while we examined your second cat. I extended an apology for the 15 minute wait for your first cat's appointment and you acknowledged that we were on time for your second cat's appointment. I understand that no one likes to wait. We've all been the... read more
We have been coming here for years and love the staff and service! During this difficult time, we have found their curbside service to be efficient and very well executed. Love every staff member we have met.
Business response:
Thank-you for the kind words. I am glad to hear that you had a positive curbside experience!
