We took our sweet 6 year old rescue dog in for an emergency. Dr Falloon and staff were wonderful. We were there for 3 hours, but Dr Falloon got our sweet girl stable and back home. Pitts is by far the best clinic in town!
I have and will recommend Pitts. This clinic has cared for our fur babies from birth to rainbow bridge with TLC for over 30 years.

We so appreciate the care that all of the docs give our boys. Our Jack Russell is 18 this year & sort of struggling right now. We really appreciate the staff working to get him in whenever he is having an issue & calling us to give lab reports or calling when they have a cancellation to see if we would like to bring him in at that time. The staff are all so helpful, from the gals answering the phone to the people filling meds. Everyone is so good to Jackson & Bingo & we are grateful to all of them for their care & concern.
They are very accomodating. They are good at keeping the dogs at ease during the appointment. There is too many nice things to say to put on here. :)
We have been taking our dogs to Pitts for almost 30 years. They are very knowledgeable and provide the best care possible. We recently lost our two older dogs which was quite a blow. The vets and the staff were very kind in providing the best end of life care.

I called yesterday inquiring about acupuncture and if it might help our Aussies back issue and, after answering all my questions and giving me honest feedback, they were able to see us this morning. From the moment we entered the building the staff were kind and caring for our injured fur baby. Dr Hiebner was wonderful, soft spoken to our girl, and gentle with the acupuncture. Our fur baby has been resting so well since our visit 3 hours ago. What a great place. Thank you!
