Shambolic practice. Hard enough to get through, let alone get an appointment. Drs are not helpful and nearly 6 months on from my mother asking to see a rheumatologist, they still have failed to even raise a referral. Shambles
This is a really bad gp practice. In space of a month I have had 3 appointments. On two of those occasions I was made to wait exactly one hour. I am not exaggerating. The worst part is when Dr Perrara didn’t even apologise for this long wait. I am not going there again. To summarise, if you respect your time then by all means AVOID registering here as a patient.
Unresponsive, can't justify staying with this practice but not sure if the others are any better.
Amazing staff big thanks to Dr. M Perera and Ms Carol Walters and the rest of the team.
