For 3 years I was suffering with uncontrolled scratching, unexplained stress and low energy at times I couldn’t understand why. I've known Pippa for a long time, so she was the perfect person to try hypnotherapy with for the first time. It was a brilliant experience and has certainly helped with my skin/scratching issues. The recording Pippa made for me to listen to every night is a great tool to help me move forward.
