pioneer tech was a great place for me to come in get my laptop fixed pioneer tech prices were totally cheaper than most places and i appreciate the fact they held my pc in storage for a month and a half a i will be buying a pc from there website soon thanks and its ben a good experience.
First things first. First, one star is not possible with Pioneer Techs. Their slogan is just what they do. The way they do repairs are really How Repairs Should Be. Second, dont go to any other computer repair shop other than Pioneer Techs, only, only if you are a good distance away from them. They are really the best service that you can get. The technician and front-desk worker gave me excellent customer service and explained my options in a professional manner that was easy to understand as I am not so knowledgable of computer terminology. I was in search of information on two 10 year old Gateway Computers. I left a message to get some tech help as I just was not sure if the computers were worth fixing. I ordered Memory for both computers, one XP Program and a hard drive. I really had know idea what I was doing. I got a call from Diorge with Pioneer Tech and told him waht I was doing.
