My laptop was infected and my wife and I stoped at two locations after work. Both locations had a pricey tag just to figure out the problem, the work itself, and any additional programs to replace etc. It was late in the afternoon and Deorge took our call right away and knew what the problem was based on a quick description of the problem over the phone and then waited a few minutes after hours so we could drop off our laptop to get if fixed. Recently had some computer problems - mostly computer running very slowly or not at all.Pioneer Tech came to my home, unhooked my hard drive for me and took it back to their shop.Notified me shortly that I needed more RAM. Installed the additional RAM and serviced and cleaned my tower.Brought my tower back and hooked everything up again, so I was ready to go.Fees were more than reasonable. The techs are friendly and understandingy with my never ending computer problems.The location might be a little far for some, but for me and many others, its just down the street. I love it.
