Unique to Diorge Tavares is his knowledge and experience with computers such that he is able to give a time/price quote based on client needs before coming out and expedite the job effectively and efficiently without any hidden charges. He communicated well with us. We appreciated him being on time and on budget!
Diorge, is the BEST.We had serious computer problems, and we went to his office. He performed a diagnostic test and found out that afternoon the problem. He built a new computer for us. After bringing it home, we tried to hook it up and had a few problems (we are not computer smart). We called Diorge on his day off, he called us back within a hour and walked us through the steps. I highly recommend these guys if you need any help with your computer. Diorge Tavares is the best. He diagnosed the problems with my Dell computer and fixed them. He is very knowledgable. Charges were very reasonable. I will call Pioneer Techs again in the future if I have any more problems. A+++++
I appreciated his response time in getting to help with my problems. Once here, he was thoroughly into the problem solving to assess the way to get my computer back operating without loss of data. He was successful in getting us going again.We will utilize his services again in the future.

Pioneer techs provided promt service with a no nonsense approach. They made sure to give me all financal options so that there were no surprises. They were friendly and knowledable and I never got that "I just want to sell you something" attitude. I would recommend their service to any one looking for computer repairs. I gave them 4 stars because I feel a little more comfortable with a charge hold rather then a pre-payment, but thats just me.
This is the place to come to get your computer serviced and questions answered. I was planning on buying a new computer because I was frustrated with my current computer, but they resloved my issues that I do not have to go and buy a new one. They are very helpful and knowledgable staff.
