The company is now called Copperfield Technologies, but the service was still great. Swapped the hard drive on my new acer laptop for an ssd. Was done within 30 minutes. Works great, as the boot time went from 30 seconds to 2 seconds. As compact as the new laptops are, it s no longer practical to swap hard drives yourself. Ask for Tidus, good guy.

Ok, first things first, way better than "Geek Squad". Second, better than "Bits & Bytes" (a katy computer store). So, i brought my computer to both places, Geek Squad told me that I would have my computer back in about a week, three weeks went by and still no computer, talked to manager and he said that there was nothing he could do.
