This company knows there stuff. Very efficient runned business. Diagnosed my problem quickly and fixed in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable. Used them again and they helped fix my new printer with my new computer. They did it remotely, so convenient for me at 7:30pm. I was so gratefull they got me going again and business was back to normal the next morning. I will always use them for all my computer needs.Houston, TX

This would be my first time using a service that comes to your home ( and I will definitely be calling on them again ). They gave me an estimate over the phone, for the issues I had, which seemed reasonable to me. Set- up the time, which they did keep to ( even called ahead to notify they were on the way ). They were quick to resolve the issues I had with my new computer, and had the necessary equipment for the unexpected issues ( faulty floppy drive ) to finish the job. Way to go! Every time I have a problem, Pioneer Techs comes to my rescue. As they say " The way it should Be". The techs are friendly and understanding with my never ending computer problems.The location might be a little far for some, but for me and many others, it's just down the street. I love it. Thank you for such great service, prompt action, friendly and reliable staff and reasonable price. I will keep coming back.
