Dr. Tsao always makes me feel welcomed, takes the time to really listen to my concerns, and goes above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly and thoughtfully. It's clear to me that she truly cares about her patients - I highly recommend!
They deliberately withheld the eye exam results unless you purchased lenses from their shop. --> P.S. They just replied to my review. I have to say I have no obligation to disclose my full name on internet review site. But I visited the shop for eye exam in the past. After the exam, they tried to persuade me to order their frame and lens but I didn't. At the end, they didn’t voluntarily give me the prescription report.
I had a wonderful experience at this family-owned optician shop. Dr. Tsao did a very thorough eye exam and took the time to explain early signs of dry eye and how to properly care for my eyes. She was informative, patient, and reassuring. After the exam, Mrs. Tsao (Wendy) patiently helped me select frames and offered great suggestions.
