Incredibly bad. CJ is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Firstly you’re lucky if he even opens the office door to talk to you and when he does he is incredibly rude, patronising and unhelpful. Multiple times he has shouted while talking to him and then walks away. I have been waiting for multiple repairs. For one of the repairs it has been 1 year and 4 months of waiting and still waiting. DO NOT MOVE TO PINNPOINT THEY ARE RUDE AND WILL INCREASE RENT EVERY YEAR AND WILL NOT HELP WITH ANY REPAIRS

Don't move here. Pinnpoint provide 0 care and support to residents, CJ the manager is especially rude and dismissive. The neighbours are noisy, theft is rampant, and they employ a scumbag company to manage the parking who will ticket you with the flimsiest excuses.
