I have recently engaged Pinniger Finch on two separate matters and found them professional and efficient. Unlike large corporate firms, I found the service personal and direct, which is what you would expect from a small firm.

I have been in the property industry for over 40 years and have worked on 1000's of transactions. I never usually use SM for venting, but David Littlewood has got to be one of the slowest and unresponsive 'Solicitors' I have had acting for my clients or someone in the chain. He just doesn't seem to care at all that a chain is likely to collapse because he can't even get out of neutral into first gear. I would avoid him like the plague.

I have just completed a sale of my property via David @ Pinniger Finch. The sale was not straight forward but David was fantastic and managed deal with everything that was thrown at him from the buyers side. I would also say that Pinniger Finch are excellent value for money when compared to others. Thank you.

Acted on behalf of our buyers, left everything to the last minute causing a breakdown of sale. Sale was restarted but they were again slow and raised issues last minute! Don’t bother if you want a quick sale
