Having suffered with poor sleep for 30 years, I realised I needed help, but was apprehensive about hypnotherapy. Anne was the perfect professional, who met my needs completely. After the initial consultation when she stated she could definitely help, I had 3 sessions. The myths surrounding poor sleep were explained and after 2 sessions, I felt empowered to tackle the issue head on. From my initial call with Anne I felt a warmth and connection, she was knowledgeable and incredibly understanding. I had a number of session with Anne, she made me feel very comfortable and open which enabled me to respond well to the treatment. I recently completed Thrive with Anne who was amazing at supporting me through the programme! Throughout our sessions, she was empathetic and kind, whilst being able to point out specific areas of focus according to my needs. During my sessions with Anne, she was so calm and kind every time. I felt so many benefits that I took away with me once they had come to a conclusion and I will always be very grateful to the positive changes she instilled in my life.
