Excellent service at short notice. Hafiza is lovely, explaining very clearly and patiently what is being done. Very professional service and gentle. Also given clear advice afterwards to help avoid build up of wax in future. The new premises are immaculate.

Pinnaclear offered a fantastic service. I went to have both of my ears suctioned. It was very easy to book an appointment for the day and time that I needed, I booked 4 days ahead, but I’m sure it would have been possible to book one sooner if I’d needed to. Hafiza is very knowledgeable, and asked me a series of questions in order to help her diagnosis. She then performed thorough hearing tests. She took time to explain the results and I felt the service provided was excellent.
Without doubt the best audiologist I have seen, knowledgeable, patient and keen to do the best for you with absolutely no pressure. Thank you. I look forward to my follow up appointment in two weeks.
