Rich is an absolute superstar. Always very well prepared to help with the best of his knowledge (even when once it was an emergency last minute appointment). Rich helped me to recover several occasions which I am truly grateful for. His positive mindset has also made a huge difference to my recovery.

I know Richard from before the time he became a masseuse. I was struggling with a runners knee for a while and despite trying different remedies nothing really helped. Once he qualified I decided to do a couple of sessions with him and I must say it was the best decision. After 2 sessions already there is a huge difference. I am substantially less limited in movement and the pain also eased a lot. I am not just able to walk properly again, but also able to go for some smaller runs too.
