DO NOT purchase from this Dealership or from Sean Sims. They are dishonest in their advertising and mislead you every step of the way. I was told that they changed Leadership because they were trying to increase their service ratings because they were considered horrible. NOTHING HAS CHANGED, they are still HORRIBLE!

Our 2014 Altima just hit 60,000 miles and we have not had one thing break or fail. One set of new Michelins and a cabin filter and this car drives like its brand new. Still has the original battery too. Buying at Pinnacle was easy and we will be back when we're ready for another car.

I put off buying a new truck after a high pressure bad experience with another Nissan dealer in the valley. Pinnacle Nissan's staff was very professional and I recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward approach to car buying. I worked with Ric Kenworthy, Ben Jennings, and Jenny Brown.

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars, I would. The sales people are some of the slimiest that I have met. The make promises and don't deliver on them. And when you call and text, they will stop returning them until you forget or get frustrated enough to give up. I suggest that you take your money to the bum on the freeway off ramp to buy a car before you shop at pinnacle Nissan.
