I inquired via email about a car. I did not provide a phone number. Found a pre owned Ford f-150 that I was interested in online. Emailed the internet sales team around noon and received replies from two different sales people saying the vehicle was still in stock. At 1:30 p.m I wrote them back saying I was coming to look at the vehicle. Drove over an hour away to find out the car had been sold that morning! UPDATED REVIEW: Service dept is still a 5 star hands down. From 5 star to 1 star due to the constant phone calls by their sales team. I have bought 4 cars from this location, but now seems they like to spam call past customers. This has gone on for 2 years even after being told by the GM my name was removed. I still get calls asking about a car I traded in 2 years ago at their location.
