Jenny, Brett, Henry and Craig were extremely helpful and a great pleasure to work with. They made our car buying experience the best yet. We have purchased from Pinnacle Nissan in the past, but these employees were truly outstanding and went above and beyond to help us and guide us to the right vehicle. They did so well, we ending up purchasing two cars! We will always come back to Pinnacle Nissan and for sure Jenny and Brett!
They misrepresented the Titan truck we bought! Told us it had a 9500lb tow package and we found out it actually has a 7500 lb capacity. Then we were told that they would make it right and 6 months later we are still waiting! Tired of waiting so now we are taking action!!!
Sometimes it not the dealership nor the brand that distance us from a purchase from from the integrity of the individual that wants to show his true color and trust.
