This dealership is horrible. They constantly call and harass me. Every week I get a phone call and every week I tell them to stop calling me. The service department doesn't know how to read their appointment books. I make an appointment for an oil change and when I get there, they ask what I'm there for. Don't you know how to check what your customers are there for? On top of that, your service techs can't be bothered to reset the computer after a service appointment.
Worst disrespectful people ever met. They made me waste my time, money and gas by going all the way there and selling the car I was going to get just before I got there. Avoid this place if you have a little self respect.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Pinnacle Staff from Matt (GSM) to Cody (Finance Manger) also the sales personal like Jenny who is always walking around with a smile. My family bought 4 cars this last weekend and have purchased around 10 so far. Whenever I send friends there they are treated like family. There is no pressures there which makes your experience buying a car great. As long as Matt and his crew are there Pinnacle is my only place. Kotos to all.

Matt and his team are pros at selling you a car you didn't want at a price $5000 over budget. Even when they "make it right", you still feel ripped off. Go somewhere else.
