I'm a fan of nissan however what I don't like is pinnacles sales employees making obvious lies and when I call to make a complaint I'm told that the sales manager doesn't really care. That's GREAT public relations for their company. I will NEVER suggest to ANYONE to go to Pinnacle Nissan ever again. Shame on you Pinnacle
Not sure why communication is so hard for this dealership.. example I call on Monday to setup my Zaktek coating for this weekend and guess what she didn't even schedule it.... called today 10/7 and now I have to wait 1 week to get this done!!! LISTENING SKILLS ARE KEY IN BUSINESSES LIKE THIS!!! We spend thousands of dollar on these cars and trucks and with service like this is totally unacceptable!!! This will be going higher up!! And they wonder why I don't have my car serviced here... SMH!!
Denise is the best salesperson there!! She is the beesnees if you ever want a great deal with out the pressure go see her! She puts everything into consideration! She's the ONLY one I go to or will ever go to!
The worst dealership I've dealt with. Especially the service department. Brought my car in several times begging them to find the problem with my car. They kept telling me nothing was wrong because theses money hungry fools wanted my car to break down so I could pay out of warranty for any and all repairs. Thanks to friends at another Nissan dealership I was able to take my car to them and get a new transmission WITHOUT ANY HASSLE! Yeah a 2014 needing a new transmission. Had this car less than a year. These guys are a complete joke! Do not waste your time or money here. Nissan isn't about quality just money. If your car is under warranty, don't expect to get anything fixed. They want it to break so you can pay out of pocket. If you're that poor pick up a second jobs.
