I just got my Altima Nissan and I want to thank Payton Knipp salesperson. She was awesome, very helpful as was Michael Shaw the financial person. They were so awesome.
I give one star all be it they deserve none they are such an unorganized unprofessional bunch I have had 3 different banks call me because there is a fraud watch on my credit they have phone number entered wrong I've had the car 2onths and still screwing around with this there staff runs all about swearing and talking badly about previous conquests and how they are the home of the 3yr oil change but the cars will leave hear screaming for oil I wouldn't even recommend my enemies go here
Just as fake as you have a dealership have their employees go and rate this site with a five star is how fake the quality of the service is provided! All they care is about numbers. It's all smiles until you tell them what you want.
I shopped at different dealerships for 9 months Matt Cereta and his team Ronnie was an awesome salesman no pressure. Tyler was great and so was Joe Halley. Mike in finance is top notch cut my rate in half and even got me out of my higher inequity on my other vehicle. These guys care about customer service and will do what they can to help you win win for all.
Terrible Dealership. Play too many games. Wish I could give zero stars.
