The worst building managers i have ever seen in my life
I live in Thornton Heath, We have a Gardener called Stewart he is amazing, he keeps the grounds maintained to a high standard, he always has a smile on his face and you can tell when he’s been the grounds are weed free and the shrubs are trimmed (not hacked) excellent job Stewart, keep up the fantastic work you do. Absolutely disgusting customer service , got passed by a colleague and the women that answered the phone the other end was rude and abrupt and told me I shouldn't have pressed her number , I explained her colleague had put me through and she didnt want to help.
Useless.... Head. office are hopeless. I need to contact one of the sites they manage. Both times i call they give me wrong numbers. How can they manage sites when they are even able to give you the correct phone numbers for the office on site. Madness.
